The quickest way is to buy a split boot, basically you cut your old one off (whilst wheel off & car safely jacked up), then you put your new split boot on & glue it together. You can buy split cv boot kits. I've used a few in the past on different cars & they seem to be getting better, make sure the glued joints are clean. Glue the joint together gradually, starting at one end & slowly working your way to the other, whilst pressing the glued edges together. Fitting Instructions should be included.
Alternatively to a normal cv boot you may have to take out the drive shafts to replace it.
