Mend Vauxhall Vectra 2.0 TDI Ignition

vauxhall vectra 2.0 tdi wont start?

my vauxhall vectra turns over but wont fire, if leave the ignition on for about 40 mins it starts and runs fine,when i turn it off i have to repeat the process. anyone got any ideas

umm is it because that the immobliser cant reckonize the key at first and have you tried to press the key thing 2wice i to lock 1 to unlock
