there are two possible answers to your question one too much oil going into your cylinder or your piston rings have gone this is very common on the speed fighters

Too much oil. If your speedfight has a cable operated oil pump it may need adjusting, the later models have a centrifugal pump and are not adjustable, maybe needs a replacement. If it just smokes for the first few minutes dont worry as thats normal, it should clear after a short run {providing you open it up and dont just potter along on it}
