Mend Fisher and Paykel Intuitive Burning Smell Spin Cycle Washing Machine

How can I Fix my washing machine, Fisher and Paykel, Intuitive?

The washing machine seems to be making more noise than usual coming from the pump or motor. On rinse cycle it is constantly starting its spin cylce and then stopping with the pump still going. It gets up to a certain speed and stops. Then it came up with too many suds, which I think is separate to the first problem. It has turned off completly and had a burnng smell when problem first started
