Kenmore Ultra Fabric Care II 90 won't stop filling?

I just installed my washing machine after a move and discovered that it will not stop filling therefore it won't agitate. But it will drain and spin when I set it to that position.

It completely ignores the water level indicator even when I reset it.

I tried spinning the main knob around a few times to see if that would fix it but it did not fix it.
