Replace Belt on Kenmore Vacuum ?

How do I replace the belt on Kenmore Model #116. 32730241 Upright. There is a little door on the top of vacuum but not much room to maneuver. Is there a quick trick to putting the belt on?

I believe I have the same vacuum and it appears that all you do it unscrew the 2 main metal screws and then push the 2 taps close to the front of the vacuum cleaner until the bottom plastic piece of the vacuum pops off. It was very easy but my problem now is that I need to find a replacement belt.
