I HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM HOLIDAY
MY ALARM SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING ALTHOUGH I ENTERED PIN AND
IT WAS WORKING PRIOR TO HOLIDAY
THE MAINS POWER SEEMS TO BE GOING IN BECAUSE THE MOTHERBOARD LED IS ON AND THE FUSE LED IS ON
IHAVE CHECKED THE ELECTRICAL SUPPLY TO MY HOUSE AND NOTHING HAS TRIPPED
THERE ARE NO LIGHTS ON MY UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS

You need to replace the internal backup battery, you probably had a power failure whilst you were away and the battery not able to maintain the system has put it into lockout condition.
