My computer does not recognise my IMP-65?

I have just bought an IItronics IMP-65 and my Windows XP OS does not recognise the MP3, How do I correct this problem ??

I had the same problem, seems IItronics sent bad batch of USB leads with component, try changing the lead. solved my problem
