Mend Buy Hose Split

What do I buy to fix this Kirby G4 problem?

The hose inside the outer bag split open at the base so some of the dirt started diverting to the outer bag rather than going straight thru the hose. finally the whole hose split off. so how do I fix this? Is it parts I can buy and do myself or is this a shop repair?
