Mend Cannon Harmony Oven Cooker Dual Fuel

How can I set the clock on a cannon harmony cooker?

have lost the user manual for a cannon harmony dual fuel cooker. cannot set the clock so cannot use the electric fan oven.

Cannon Cannon Harmony Kitchen Appliances, Electric Cookers Oven Cooker Dual Fuel

You can set the clock on the cooker by pressing the "minute minder" and "cook period" buttons in together, then press the + and - buttons accordingly til you get the time you want.
