Set them at 15 thou' with engine cold, this will give you the 22 thou hot .. Tappet wear can be an issue with Fiesta so a feeler gauge will give you an incorrect setting, you may need to make allowance for this or remove the tappets and smooth out the "dent" with an oilstone.
