Matt, probably too late for you, but the most likely explanation is a that the drain duct is clogged. Let the water out (the black round screw on the bottom right - quite annoying, as only a very shallow plate will fit under it, i.e. it takes ages to empty the machine. Then open the screw completely (only when no more water emerges) and pull out anything that is inside too free the pump again. Return the screw - The machine should now pump & spin again.
