how can fix squeaking brakes?

my brakes are squeaking after having new brake discs and pads 5 door vauxhall astra 1.6 club 2003

Vauxhall Vauxhall Astra 1.6 Club Vehicles, Cars Pads Vauxhall Astra

Some one forgot to install the anti-squeal shims or did not coppaslip the backs of the pads, or they are just cheap pads and squeal.
