audi factory install sat Nav?

possibly due to dirty cd or faulty head unit if the unit is still under warranty take back to a audi dealer who should replace unit if it hasnt been liquid damaged if it isnt under warranty it might be better going to a electronics repair shop bearing in mind if they cant fix it after opening and you do take it to an audi dealship they main charge you for the surcharge most cd players and sat nav units are exchange
