Mend Veritas 8 Compact Alarm Bell Box

Veritas 8 Compact alarm?

Bell and stobe not working on outside box after a series of power cuts, 24 hr light is on on the control panel.but goes out on reset.
Changed fuses and ran a test on the outside box and strobe, strobe light worked but bell didn't.

Any suggestions !!!!!!
