what does F3H mean on my Whirlpool Microwave?

When I go to use my whirlpool microwave, a code comes up which is F3H, I can't seem to find out what it means.
We cannot use the microwave at this time.

Before calling out a service tech., try shutting down the circuit breaker for a couple of minutes to allow oven to reset. It worked for mine.

Hi,

I found:

F3H —Humidity Sensor Failure: Refer to the Tech Sheet and test the sensor. unfortunately it will require a service call and a tech to come out and fix it.
