The error message was 5E. We turned it off, it came back and then it went off again. Happens when steam comes up underneath the microwave.

Whatever it means, turning off the power (circuit breaker) for minute was able to reset the microwave and fix the problem. Save the service call.

Same thing happened to me.
Unplug the microwave for one minute or turn the the circuit breaker off for one minute and reset the microwave.
Saved a $65 service call.

F3H is the Humidity Sensor failure.

It usually means an internal fault, i.e. blown fuse, H.V. fuse, door switch or a fault somewhere along the H.V. circuit.

Contact the manufacturer and ask them for a list of the error codes and what they mean. They should give them to you.

Some codes are just vague though, and you just have to spend time checking and testing everything until you find the problem.

I'm not familiar with this particular model so I can't give you a definite answer I'm affraid.
