zone 8 light won't go out on veritas?

if you open the pannel and put a link in across zone 8 terminals this should the put zone 8 indicator light off. if it does you have a cable fault to whatever zone 8 is. If the light is still on with the link in then it will be a pcb fault.

1st findout whatzone 8 is, then where is zone 8, does it include a siren box outside. figure this out and we will go from there
also figure out where alarm is plugged in, unplug it, unplug battery inside the can, wait ten minutes, plug in battery 1st, then plug the transformer in. did you have electrical damages to the house, you may need a new panel
