Mend Kenmore H3 Reset Washer Light

how do i reset the locked controls on a Kenmore H3?

The powere went out at home and now the washer has a "controls locked light" illuminated and will not work at all. Help!

Kenmore Kenmore H3 Household Appliances, Washing Machines Reset Washer Light

I have a Kenmore H4. The manual says "press and hold for 3 seconds" the "Drain & Spin" button. I also see the quote right below the "Drain & Spin" button. So try that. (and look carefully at your washer, it might be there as well)
