bosch maxx wfl 2260- how to change brushes as it wont spin?

you say it wont spin! is it turning during normal cycle?? yes?? if so its not your brushes. is it filling up and making all the noises but not turning at all?? then u could be looking at the brushes. is it emptying the water just before the spin should start? yes? i think you need to get help as poss timer fault or water level switch. machine may think it is still full of water so wont spin
