Mend Dimplex N Model Dont Work

I have CXL N model. The storage heaters don't work but convector does?

I have Dimplex CXL N model. The storage heaters don't work but convector does. The storage heater doesn't work at night at all. Is this related to thermal cut-out? Do I have to RESET it? Is it safe? Urgent help needed.
