LG Intellowasher Household Appliances, Washing Machines Lg 7kg Fhd

No water coming thru into washer machine. Machine works then E1 appears on screen. Had dishwasher moved and replumbed in. Do you think the plumber forgot to turn washer machine tap back on? Machine too heavy for me to move so I can check taps located behind. Plumber not answering my message.

I looking for a list with the possible errors. The best solution for me is to find out the user guide because my lg intellowasher dd 7 kg is a second hand one.
