how do i change the bearing hotpoint wma44 wash machine?

Hi the drum on my washing machine is rumbling quite badly,I assume its the bearing.Is it an easy job to do? I can fix most things,but would like some advice b4 I take it to bits. Thanks

mate i wouldnt bother doing it, its a real pain..i done it last year. bought a new rear half of the tub and new spider with bearing fitted. it was relatively easy but after finishing it for the amount of time and swearing id done i would have been better off buying a whole new washing machine!! i skinned my knuckles about a million times putting the new damper pegs in...
