electric shower mystery?

hi all i have a neptune solo electric shower and the power does not seem to be getting to the unit intermittently .one time it will come on and another it wont, the light on the pull cord is lighting up . any help would be much appriciated

check all connection between shower & pull cord. would say one's come loose.
