how do i enter radio code on astra 1993?

Turn the ignition on. Hold down the AS button and press the power on button at the same time. Wait with your finger on AS until you hear a beep. Press button 1 repeatedly until the display shows the correct digit then do the same with buttons 2,3 and 4. Hold down AS again until the radio beeps again and it should have accepted the code.
