I had the same problem whit my old 6210! I´m sad to say that my problem was NOT whit the battery. Something was wrong whit the software so the only thing I could do to fix it was to turn it in to my local repear center.

No warrenty left so it was too expensive.

Or put an elastic band tightly round the body just below the display to hold the battery & case together more firmly. (I like the business card idea - I might try that too!)

you can stick a business card in between the battery and the phone, this will force the battery to make a firmer contact with the phone ensuring the battery and phone do not lose contact, which causes the phone to reset.
