Missing Car radio Code?

hi, i have a Nissan Micra Shape from 1997. and the same problem ;-)
no code and even no manual...

i hope someone can help us somehow!

if you have the manual, maybe you can tell me how to remove the radio, in which way i could enter the code, if i find it somewhere?
