How can i install my Mikomi M6217 without the Cd?

I lost my cd for my web cam so I need to know how to install the webcam without the cd, I have been given a link to ming jong or somthing like that and it shows me some drives that i got to download. It gives me an option to open the file or save it i choose open once it has done it opens a web page and closes automatically. i tryed save and it showed a rar file with the internet sign but still wouldnt open, So i dont think it works (that site) so if there are any other ways of installing it i would very much apperciate it if you emailed me at metropalis45@hotmail.com Thank you.
