water is fed up two different lines.
1st to water disp
2nd to ice maker
both are controlled by different valves...
quite a common fault on these are the infra red sensors situated at either side of the ice maker, when these fail ...ice maker stops..
please also check that you havent switched ice maker onto vacation mode ???
