Why has my washingmachine become so noisy?

If the machine is noisy wen emptying the water just before it spins the small water pump may be blocked or defective. Well worth having replaced

turn drum slowly by hand, does it feel rough or does it have a smoothe action. If it is rough(rumbles)and being 7 years old,it will more than likely be bearings,ring your local engineer and get a free estimate on a bearing change if you can. Its worth having done,you can get a few more years out of your machine..
