The machine is still functioning but is making a very loud noise apparently caused by the rotating drum.Can you please advise what might be the cause.The machine is instaled about 3 years,but is not subject to heavy use.
Hi without Knowing the make of the machine i would say the bearings or drum support have failed or the concrete ballast waight has come loose there is normaly on at the top and one at the bottom .Check to see if the door has deep scraches on the glass at the top edge.Hope this helps
