"How do yo find business in America. With a great Deal of difficulty", John Foster Kane from Citizen Kane. It is hard. if you don't have enough hand strength, get a small screw driver and insert it at about center of the belt after you have it started over the top of the large front roller,(trying to get it over the back shaft last is almost impossible. There is no room to work back there.) Use the screw driver for levrage and stretch the belt forward as you rotate the wheel. You'll have to keep the seated belt from slipping off. Think changing a bicycle tire or innertube. Maybe replacing a bike chain is a bettr analogy. The only problem is that you don't have the pedal and crank for mechanical advantage.
Oh and as Hoover Service advised me keep the lettering THIS SIDE OUT on top. Yep no one has sense enough to put the belt back on with the this side out lettering facing up so you can read it" (Sorry about the snark, mine is 3 month old and i'm constanly putting the belt on and I may have used it 20-30 times.)
