got a pull switch by drive belt unsure were to connect on westwood?

on the underside of my westwood ride on tractor ,there is switch with a spring on it.I dont know were it clips

it will clip in behind your brake / clutch pedal... it sounds like its the safety switch that stops u starting the tractor without pedal being depressed.
