is there a reset button on a Hygena oven and grill?

The oven And grill have stopped working (no gas coming through) The fan is still working Is there a rest button on the oven

apparently there is a blue button inside the font cover that needs to be pressed to release but we are having trouble getting the cover off

I have the same problem and cannot find the reset button on a diplomat gas oven.
same as you, fan is working but ignition etc not working.
Have you had any lick\/
