how can i get my gilera dna 50 to start?

i have been out on my gilera dna 50cc 2003 today i went in for abit then came back out to find that the electric start was nt working but id been using it all day and also the kick start wasnt working either and i just dont know what the problem is and was just wondering what the problem could be and its really bugging me id appreciate it if anyone could help thanks.. danny
