We have an accenta alarm,unit bleeps but doesn't set?

when we put in our code the unit bleeps, zone 3 is lit up,but it does not set and we do not have the manual.is it possible to obtain one? Our model has no number ect just the name Accenta.

ive got the same problem but the alarm only shows zone 5 have u fixed the problem or not if you help tell me how did u fix it please
