Mend Candy C1C60 Dryer Heating Coils

candy c1c60 not heating up?

can any one help. my dryer is not heating up i have looked at the element, in side looks like a smashed up bag of spanners. all the coils are in bits.
Could this be the only problem or could it have blown something else???

had to replace the heating element on my candy it came complete mounted on the aluminium frame, had no other problems.
