How do I remove the flywheel to check the points on a 2 hp B&S Engine?

I have a Model 200 Power Trim Edger with a 2 hp B&S Engine. I have no fire to the plugs. I suspect my points are stuck. The coil appears in good shape and unit ran fine the last time I used it (last year). I have no fire to the spark plug. I changed the plug to confirm and tried starting fluid as well and a visual test. I think my points might be bad but I don't know how to get the flywheel off ( I think they are behind it).

If it does have a flywheel with points behind it remove the flywheel the same way you would a larger mower type engine. here is how I would do it-
remove nut that holds on flywheel
put the nut back on just to where the top of it is flush with the shaft top, this will make a striking point for next step
put a screwdriver UNDER flywheel and pry up on it while simultaneously hitting the nut on top of the shaft. flywheel should pop off after a hit or 2. wd-40 it first. CAUTION- do NOT hit just the shaft itself, this will mess up the threads for the nut and you will never get it back on making this piece of equipment trashed. Always hit the nut that is flush with the top of the shaft. If I were you my first attempt to return fire to it would be to clean the magneto and magnet on the flywheel. Make sure it is rust free or it will not send spark to the plug.
