Mend Hotpoint WM35 Washing Machine Stuck Dial

How can I fix my Hotpoint Ultima 1200?

Hi thers, I have a Hotpoint Ultima 1200 (WM35)
It washes OK, but then sticks on rinse, if you manually click the dial into spin, it will not spin.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I presume it is washing, but just does not go any further, it may be that the element has gone, so the temperature does not rise enough to move the programme forward. There is also a small pipe which feeds into the drum which measures air pressure, sometimes this sticks, if you pardon the pun, sometimes blowing up the pipe will work.
