I just called my Peugeot dealership and they told me straight away over the phone so don't pay for it.

I had same problem, after absolutely no constructive help (it's an old radio/cass'-not the kind of thing thats stolen), from sites or Peugeot dealers, (wanted £15,more than stereo worth) I was looking through old dealer service receipts, on the printouts they have your vehicle details. Look for 'Fab No.' mine was 1141.
I have tunes again.
Hope this helps others.

Hi if the radio is original equipment take it out and also take your registration document to the main agents if you talk nicely to them they may be able to get the codes off there system.
I have done this with mercs and vw,s good luck

hi have you got a hand book for the car? If so it may be on a credit card style card with a silver strip. If thats no joy look at the hand book sometimes poeple write on the pages near the radio instuctions and if that's no help take the car to your nearest incar audio shop (not Halfords) who should be able to remove the radio and send it off to be decoded ,it should only take a week and may cost under £40 +-.
