The belt went on my tumble tryer my husband took the back off first then relised, now the belt is on the drum wont spin because its pushed right against the bck, what has he done wrong and can we fix it?

It'll be the belt - just had exactly same problem. Unscrew top 2 screws at back of drier, pull top off (needs sliding backward to do).
You can then look inside and see if the belt is snapped.
It's a 10 min job, and providing you remember to unplug the unit first and can hold a screwdriver, it is a simple job!

starter has gone ill put money on it this guy is looking at fixing it himself you only want to make money out of him cos your have a shop and even people like you can be rong at times
change your starter mate that will fix it

condenser {starter} needs to be replaced mine hade the same fault cost me 10 pounds
youl find it siting at the side of the motor you may find that when you look at the old one it will look ok but replace it anyway also on the one you take out therel be two wires on each prong but your new conderser will have four prongs on it just spilt the wires and place them in front of each other if you have any problems please let me know
