Mend Buick Car Wont Start

car wont start?

we have replaced the starter in my 1995 buick but it still will not start after you have driven it,it will not turnover,click or anything,the lights and all are on but the car will not start

the engine will turnover but will not start. i filled the radiator over the maximum and when i stopped steam kept flowing out. i left it for about 8 hours and now it wont start at all. is there any way of finding the problem and fixing this?

No expert on buicks or any cars really haha, try giving the starter a hit with something like a hammer shank, or broom handle and try again, if still not starting then it could be the solenoid, im not sure if this is part of the starter motor or seperate on your car
