torque settings.renault 19 GTSX?

kerry torque settings are as follows
1991 renault 19 1390 cc webber carb model
NEW BOLTS NEEDED tighten in the following stages
bolt-number lay-out as follows

8 4 1 5 9
belt end < >box end
7 3 2 6 10

you will need atorque wrench (numbered) and a torque wrench
with angles,
1) 20 nm
2) 100 degrees
3) WAIT 3 minutes
4) slacken bolts 1 and 2 then re-tighten to 20 nm then 100 degrees
5)carry out stage 4 for bolts 3-4-5 and 6 then 7-8-9 and 10
6) sorted
