When you buy a car, and you intend to work on it yourself, buy a "Haynes" manual. It costs less that an hours labour rate at a garage and will cover everything that you need to know about you Renault. Then, when it's fixed, get rid of it. If you don't you will need that manual on a regular basis as more problems arise with the car, after all, it's a Renault. Type "Renault" into the search box and you will see what I mean, pages and pages of problems.
