HOW DO I REPLACE A THROTTLE CABLE FROM THE TRANMISION ON A TOYOTA TERCEL 95?

You'll likely have to remove the transmission oil pan to get to its attachment point in the transmission. You'll have to unhook it from the carburetor or throttle body. You need a service manual to get the adjustment numbers.
