how to open the door?

i have a creda 1000 washing machine. i am going away tomorrow and the door wont open! help!!! how can i open it? i cant get an engineer until tuesday!

unplug it take lid off look inside down front were interlock is and place hand down to it see were door catch enters interlock pull back will unlock it... remember to pull the plug 1st

have you tried phoning creda for advice, or look in the flap at the bottom most machines have there is normally an emergency release catch in there
