Mend Ariston Micro GENUS HE Boiler Fault Code

how do i solve fault code A-01?

I have an Ariston Micro GENUS HE boiler which has the fault code A - 01 showing on the display panel. In the manual the code reads as ( No flame after safty time - 7 seconds) I would lik details of how to fix this without calling out an engineer if possible.

Once you have checked that you have got gas, call an engineer.
Anything that involves gas, flame, fumes or ventilation comes under c.o.r.g.i and the health and safety regulations .
It is forbidden to do this kind of work unless you are competent.
The definition of competent is set out by the H.S.E.
It does'nt mean anyone who can turn a spanner or twist a screwdriver.

This means it failed to light, check your gas supply, if you have a card meter check that is says on
