Sigma immobiliser problem?

peugoet expert van 2007 has sigma s34 van will not start ,on dash info says anti thief fault how do i fix this problem

hi, i have no key fob but i do have the keypad for my alarm. i disconnected my battery & reconnected it, now my alarm wont stop going of & the car is immobilised :( how can i fix this prob?

Goodmans do you still work with sigma alarms? I have one on my VW Golf Cabrio and I have changed the car battery and now the alarm siren is on constantly so I have to leave the battery disconnected! Do you work anywhere near South London? How much would you charge to fix it?

i have a sigma alarm and immobiliser on my seat was all working fine untill i had it off the road for 12 months.come to start it after changing my battery and the alarm beeps as it should when i use the sigma fob and then it should start once putting the key in th ignition and turning it but it turns once then the alarm beeps and thats it it wont start.took the plugs out and tryed turning it over and it turns over so the engine is not siezed any answers i would be really thankfull ???

It also happen to my mopar engine parts. This is what I have done...

Disconnect the battery positive lead whilst leaving the key in the ignition for one minute, then reconnecting the lead securely, then removing the key from the ignition and locking the car using the key and leave the car for 2 hours sorted the problem. This problem is a common occurance and is either the fault with the key chip being out of sequence with the immobiliser, or a fault with the recieving ring on the steering lock. If its the key, Renault quoted me £120 + VAT and a 12 day wait for the new key to be delivered from France, then the key has to be re-coded at the Main Dealer. If its the ring, then its between £40 - £60 plus VAT and a 12 day wait for the ring to be delivered from France then It has to be Syncro'd to your key chip and Immobiliser. Point to note though is that I found it worked for me - it may be you have a different problem and it may not work for you, either way - before considering removal of the Battery lead - make sure you have your stereo code!!! Hope you have some luck.
