Mend Alba DV3 Freeview Channels Terrestrial

ALBA freeview top box NO SOUND?

Hi
I have an ALBA DV3 freeview box. I have had no sound now for two days and it's driving me mad!
I's not the tv as that has audio on terestrial channels!
Please help
