I agree. Excellent support from service agent at Lexar. Emailed me the firmware upgrade link and instructions within 10 minutes. The upgrade should be done via Windows XP machine. Vista not yet supported. That should have been in the instructions (e-mail). Anyways great support from Lexar.

I've spent an hour or so looking for the firmware which is what you need if you have the "Needs reformatting..." issue. Lexar has a Live Chat interface in their support page. It was awsome, firmware will be emailed to me in 10 minutes.
